Pets and People Alliance began life as Pasadena Pet Adoption in 1998. Through the years, while the mission of the organization has been reshaped to better serve the interests of our pet friends, the care and compassion of those volunteers who serve in PPA has not changed.

This video, a Pasadena Channel production, will give you a brief overview of PPA's beginnings under Mayor Johnny Isbell in 1998, up to the current organization's mission to find, and fund, worthwhile projects that promote animal welfare while educating the public in our area in responsible pet ownership.
